We always stand behind what we sell, with warranty and excellent customer service. This is the biggest difference between our company and other Chinese suppliers whose parts and service are difficult to get.
Warranty time starts from goods arrived at destination port;
Warranted vehicles should meet the factory technical requirements concern;
If the separate parts can solve the problem, the factory will not provide assemble parts;
Warranty parts exclude any importation cost, local transportation cost and any labor cost;
All parts are available for require no less than 3 years.
Any claim about defects which caused by packing, should be put forward within two weeks after the goods arrival. Otherwise, the factory will consider the goods arrived in good condition.
We always offer 1% consumable parts free of charge in container if your quantity for single model is not less than a full 40’HQ container, normally, this is enough to remain the products in good conditions, if you need more consumable parts, you can buy from us.
4.Warranty exemption: This warranty is void due to over exposure to climatic conditions such as rain and moisture, competition, jumping or commercial use.This warranty does not apply:
(a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-SUNWING products;
(b) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than SUNWING;
(c) to a product or part that has been modified without the written permission of SUNWING;
(d) if any SUNWING serial number has been removed or defaced;
(e) to damage during transit of the samples that were sent by LCL or courier;
(f) to products delivered in the form of CKD.
All following information must provided for any claim: clear pictures, the chassis and engine numbers, as well as fulfilled “quality information sheet”; In the period of warranty, you should pay for sending faulty parts back to us, and we will pay for sending replacements to you. When complaining about a visual defect, you needn’t send us the faulty parts if you could provide us with enough photos as requested. In case of no photos or invisible defect, you have to send back the faulty parts to us. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes SUNWING‘s property.
If the total gross weight of warranty parts is:
Within 30kgs, will be shipped by air (not including the battery);
More than 30kgs-100kgs, will be shipped by sea (all at factory’s cost).
Warranty parts: 15 working days;
Non-warranty parts: 20 working days.
